Terms of Service

Last updated: 14 September 2026

Welcome to StoryGenie. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the StoryGenie website and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

StoryGenie generates faceless short-form video series using AI. You pick a genre, and the Service plans and produces daily episodes you can watch and, on a paid plan, download.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

4. Content & ownership

Subject to these Terms and your active plan, you own the video episodes you generate and download. The Service, its software, branding, and design remain ours. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or resemble other works; you are responsible for reviewing content before publishing it.

5. Plans, billing & renewals

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future renewals. Prices are in CAD and may change with notice. See our Refund Policy.

6. No income guarantee

StoryGenie is a content tool. We make no promise of views, followers, or income. Results vary and depend on your consistency, niche, and effort.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 3 months.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here. Questions? Email [email protected].

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
